How do they work?  There is a remote control that controls left and right, which is easily done.  But, how do they go up and down?  There is a weigh that rides a track, and its position allows the air swimmer to go up, go down, or remain level. 

Of course, they do require helium.  Helium is not flammable, and can be bought on Amazon or at a party store.
